Early Week 8 FanDuel Lineup For FNTSY Network

We’re back for another early bird special! Every couple weeks, I join the great guys over at FNTSY Network for a phone chat, and we dig into what lineup I would roll with if I had to set one on Tuesday. And my early Week 8 lineup is full of talking points!

First, though, there are a few things we should discuss about the upcoming week, including the fact that there is another London game this week – the third (and final) London game of the season! So the Lions and Chiefs will do battle at 9:30am ET – take note of that if you want to get in on any Calvin Johnson action against that rough Chiefs secondary.

Week 5 FanDuel Cheatsheet

Things continue to get crazy in the world of Daily Fantasy Football, after we had yet another week where scoring eclipsed what Las Vegas expected to happen. Know that our Week 5 FanDuel cheatsheet is meant to help you overcome these lapses in handicapper’s judgment!

In Week 5, we’re looking at four teams going on byes, which essentially means you’ll have to dip a little deeper as you fill out your DFS lineups.

Now, you’re going to start seeing players like Willie Snead and Marquess Wilson in the mix, whereas you normally wouldn’t even give them a second glance.

The four teams on byes include the Dolphins, Jets, Panthers and Vikings, which means the quarterbacks and defenses are really the two positions taking the biggest hits this week.

Early Week 5 FanDuel Lineup: The LeDoobie Brothers are Back Together!

Once again, I jumped on the horn with our friends over at the Fantasy Sports Network (FNTSY) and I shared my very early Week 5 FanDuel lineup!

But first, I thought we’d go back into the scores from Week 4 to see what stands out to us.

Once again, for the third week in a row, there were several games with total scores about 50 points between the two teams.

This is in spite of the fact that the guys in Vegas didn’t expect ANY games to go over 50 – much like they seem to think about this week!

Week 4 FanDuel Lineup & Cheat Sheet

How are your Daily Fantasy Football lineups doing so far, three weeks in? I’d say you probably had to deal with a lot more scoring than any of us expected, including Las Vegas. Before we get into the Week 4 FanDuel Lineups, let’s look back at Week 3.

There were four games that totaled over 65 points last week, and eight games that went over 50 points. And this was a week that Vegas figured would have mostly medium-scoring outcomes.

That goes to show you two things – offenses are a little farther along than defenses right now, and we’re still figuring out which defenses are for real (Arizona is for sure) and which ones are impostors (Redskins?).

Week 3 FanDuel Cheat Sheet

Week 3 FanDuel Cheat Sheet

This is it! This is the last weekend before bye weeks hit, until we reach Week 12 of the NFL season. So understand that you’ll have more choices and see more players available in our Week 3 FanDuel Cheat Sheet. That could also mean that this is the last week of the greatest variance, also.

It stands to reason, right? In Week 3, you have the option of 32 NFL starting quarterbacks, so a DFS tournament could have 32 different starting QBs, too. But starting next week, with only 30 different quarterbacks, the variances will be smaller. Plus, in Week 9, when six teams are on byes, the variance will be even smaller.

Early Week 3 FanDuel Lineup For Daily Fantasy Football

Earlier today, I jumped on the phone with host Chris Meaney at FNTSY.com, Fantasy Sports Network, and I shared with him my early look at a Week 3 FanDuel Lineup for Daily Fantasy Football.

So I thought I’d share that lineup with my readers over here, too. I’ll also drop in the YouTube video of our phone call, so you can see all the great work they’re doing over there. Nando Di Fino covers Draft Kings and Chris Meaney does a mean job covering FanDuel games.

One thing I’d like to point out as we put Week 2 behind us and start looking ahead to Week 3 on FanDuel. I took a look at the Vegas over/under lines and found something we haven’t seen this season so far – no games are expected to total 50 or more points this week!
